1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Confirmations: You will receive an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp once your order is successfully placed.

  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take up to 72 hours. We'll keep you posted.

2. Shipping & Delivery 

  • Shipping Charges: FREE on all products (No minimum order value required) for prepaid orders.

  • A additional amount of Rs 49/- will be applied for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Delivery Timeline: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery Areas: Pan India

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Details: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email and WhatsApp.

  • Liability: 8LEG is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Local courier or logistics issues

  • Support: If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, please contact us immediately at official@8leg.in

4. Shipping Partners

  • Trusted Carriers: We work with trusted third-party courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery within the region.

  • Package Inspection: Customers are advised to check the package condition at the time of delivery.

  • Damage Reporting: Any visible damage or tampering should be reported immediately to the delivery agent and to our support team.


5. Pre-Order Shipping

  • Estimated Timeline: Pre-order items carry an estimated ship date mentioned on the specific product page.

  • Delays: Delays may occur due to production or logistics—our team will notify you proactively via WhatsApp or email.

  • Refund Policy: Pre-order payments are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the order.

6. Important Note

  • Address Accuracy: Incorrect or incomplete address details may lead to delivery delays or non-delivery.

  • Customer Responsibility: 8LEG will not be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect customer information provided at checkout.
